The Washington State Office of the Insurance Commissioner needed an eLearning modules for new employees orienting them to the agency. This video of the Insurance Commissioner gives his personal story, an introduction to the agency, and a welcome to new employees. This film was used by the agency’s HR department for recruitment purposes as well on both the OIC website and at recruitment events.
